JoliveHub ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. You have the right to know whether we share or sell your personal data. We define "sale" as the exchange of personal data for monetary consideration with third parties.

5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your Account is active, or as needed to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected (e.g., to provide the Service, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations).
When your Account is deactivated or deleted:
- We will delete your profile information and communication content within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it by law;
- Aggregated or anonymized data (which cannot identify you) may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.
6. User Privacy Rights (Including CCPA & VCDPA)
6.1 CCPA Rights (For California Users)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the following rights:
- Right to know: Request access to the personal data we collect, use, disclose, or sell about you;
- Right to delete: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to exceptions);

6.2 VCDPA Rights (For Virginia Users)
Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), Virginia residents have the following rights:

- Right to deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to exceptions);

7. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
